Gravel Canyon Bison Ranch was established in 1994 by William and Denise Schultz, located in Prairie Ronde Township, Schoolcraft, Michigan on 80 acres.

Bison is often called the "Original Health Food".   It is significantly higher in protein, yet lower in fat.   As one of the leanest meats available, bison provides you with more protein, less fat and cholesterol with half the calories of beef.

We handle our bison herd as little as possible.   Our bison range freely on the ranch and are not subjected to growth hormones or antibiotics.   It is a natural, wholesome, high quality source of protein.
